These terms apply when you access the JobSprint website or purchase the JobSprint digital product from NextCoffee.ai.

Product and license

Your purchase grants one individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, edit, and use JobSprint for a personal job search. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or use the files to build a competing product.

Your responsibility

JobSprint provides educational templates and organizational tools. You are responsible for reviewing every application, resume statement, message, and decision before using it. Do not submit false claims or confidential information.

No outcome guarantee

NextCoffee.ai does not promise interviews, employment, admissions, compensation, income, or any other outcome. Results vary based on individual experience, market conditions, judgment, and effort.

Payments and delivery

Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. After successful payment, access is delivered through a verified download link. Contact support if delivery fails.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, or discontinue parts of the website. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve access for completed purchases, but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JobSprint is provided “as is,” and NextCoffee.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
